Report On Putin Shows Poor Thinking Level Of USA

The Pentagon report that Vladimir Putin is having Asperger’s syndrome having autistic features come out as a great surprise and shock to the world. The report states that “the Russian president carries a neurological abnormality” and defined Asperger’s as “an autistic disorder which affects all of his decisions”. The study also suggested that Mr Putin suffered an “insult” to his brain while in his mother’s womb that may have caused her to have a stroke while pregnant with him. The report added: “His primary form of compensation for his disorder is extreme control and this is reflected in his decision style and how he governs.”(National Post, https://r-login.wordpress.com ) “The study from 2008, which was based only on videos of Putin, claimed that the Russian president’s mother had a stroke whilst pregnant with him that left lasting damage. As a result his "neurological development was significantly interrupted in infancy,"( http://www.telegraph.co.uk) The study is highly unscientific as it does not have exact data, it has not studied the wave movements of the brain, no brain mapping of any order has been made but a layman inference on the basis of certain decisions the results have been concluded.
More appalling is that Putin’s mother too have linked with the disease. This shows how much decline in the diplomacy has taken place from US side that even those who have no relations with the contemporary politics are used to justify the decided objectives. This is antifeminist approach of US diplomacy.
The secret report inference is also bad for the patients with autistic disease. Such inferences attacking a particular group of patients is in bad taste for the entire autistic community. Family members who are part of such patients are offended. US must have shown dignity on this count. Sensitivity is required in diplomacy.
The conclusions of Pentagon are not only unscientific but also shows that cold war like propaganda has come to stay. During cold war days we have many such uttering including Kitchen debate between Nixon and Khrushchev where capitalism was shown better than communism. Nixon’s utterances about Mrs. Indira Gandhi are now known. There was a systematic attempt to tarnish the images of the prominent leaders by USA. Same tactics have been adopted, particularly after the Ukraine problems which have left west shocked and without any plausible arguments and policies to deal with such developments. As the other options are being limited, USA has initiated a low level war of words on the mental health of Putin.
If the same application of rules on US Presidents are made, many new revelations may appear. Today world is faced with the challenges of ISI in middle east. In fact it was the well decided politics of George Bush Senior followed by George Bush Junior to displace Saddam Hussein at any cost. They did not wait for the Hans Blinx approach but added their ally Great Britain, now a third rate power , which now survives on US military support, a great exploiter of Indian subcontinent from where siphoned off money to make itself rich. Tony Blair so called moral PM of Great Britain supported USA and Iraq was invaded though WMD remained elusive. The removal of Saddam has brought into existence the antihuman forces in Iraq and surrounding area. This decision was made just to satisfy the ego of Bush Senior and Junior. This is a classical example of ego satisfaction in the global politics where a false cause was pronounced by USA, Tony Blair too came in line.
If the same yardstick is adopted for the US Presidents then they too appear infected with some ego problem. In fact the world has been put into a great trap of death. The prudence was lost for the self interests. Accusation on the Putin are made by health analysis report. This is a new form of diplomacy where a leader is shown as having certain problem. This development is not good for the world. There may emerge many forms of it in due course. Moreover it is essential that rhetoric without any substance should not take control of the real diplomacy. This is not a good development for the global politics.
US knows that such sustained campaigns may not bring some useful benefits in immediate terms but at least can lower the image of the leader in the domestic political circuit.US does not want that Putin should come to the power again. It has limited options but it has fired a salvo but health and disease analyses by US and its allies will not carry any substantial impact as every one knows that these are based on falsehood.
In recent time Germany and France at highest diplomatic level have attempted to engage the Russia. This is the right way but US attempts to disgrace Putin in this way is really low grade diplomacy.
