My tryst With Narco Analysis (PDF)

By Arun Ferreira

07 May, 2010
Countercurrents.org

Here is an article written by Arun Ferreira on his experiences of being forcibly subjected to narco analysis. He is curently an undertrial in the Nagpur Central prison, arrested in May 2007 on charges of being a "naxalite", charges which have been disputed in the court of law; but he still continues to languish in jail on the remaining trumped up charges. This article was written in 2008 but still holds much relevance today especially in the context of the recent supreme court judgement calling narco tests unconstitutional.
