Are The Rulers In India Native Indians?

By Ashok Kumar Basotra

Population wise, India is the largest democracy in the World. After every parliamentary election, almost every newspaper and all the T.V. channels vouch “The largest democracy of the world decides its fate by electronic voting.” Adult franchise given to every one in India by the framers of Constitution of India is shown to be the real power behind the election of 543 members of parliament for a handsome period of next five years. Almost same is the propaganda during each and every State election. Let us analyze whether the rulers in India are native Indians? We have to keep in mind the resolution passed by the United Nations that no outsider should rule any country like British ruled India before 1947.

An overwhelming 836 million people in India live on a per capita consumption of less than Rs 20 a day, according to the findings of the Arjun Sengupta report on the Conditions of Work and Promotion of Livelihood in the Unorganised Sector. The report is based on government data for the period between 1993-94 and 2004-05. While the numbers rose by a staggering 100 million, the numbers of the new rich has also grown by 93 million. “Our survey is very scientific. The other poverty estimates looked at the absolute poor only but we look at different categories of poor,” Chairman, National Commission for Enterprises in Unorganised Sector, Arjun Sengupta said. So, who are the ones who have actually benefitted from the boom in the economic growth of the country?

One is classified as absolutely poor if the per capita consumption is less than Rs 9 a day. However, if the per capita consumption is Rs 13 a day, then the individual is above the poverty line. So, the definitions of poverty are sometimes difficult to understand. The justification for economic reforms was supposed to be the trickle down effect but for those who live in trying conditions 10 years of economic reforms seems to have made little difference. “The rich tend to hide their consumption. So if you account for that, they are actually richer than the report reflects. This again reflects the fact that the gap between the rich and poor is even wider,” Sengupta explained.

It may be noted that on the one hand, Mukesh Ambani gifted 242 Crore Jet to his wife on her birthday, and on the other hand, large number of couples search for six feet dry drain side to celebrate their honeymoon or first wedding night everyday in Mumbai.

Swiss Bank association in 2006 announced or published a report on its deposits. Indians have 1456 billion dollars. Russia, china and all of the others together do not match Indian deposits. Indian govt. can easily check how much of this is declared using Indian Income tax receipts. The answer is likley to be not much. One can assume that almost all of it is undeclared money or Black money. If this money doesn’t belong to rulers of this country and their associates, then whose money after all this actually is? Why no action has been taken till date against the burglars who had taken away this huge amount from the country? Why we arrest and ultimately punish petty thieves and chain snatchers just to show that we uphold Rule of Law when we can’t punish such Rulers, Bureaucrats, and Businessmen etc. who are involved in stealing away Crores and Crores of rupees to deposit in Swiss Banks. And the irony is even the wife doesn’t know the code number of the husband’s account in such banks and there wouldn’t be any claimant after a sudden demise of said depositor.

Now, let us have a look at the functioning of parliament of India. It is admitted that the total population of India crosses 125 Crores or so. It is understood that every one can’t be heard if the population of a country is so huge. So, the system of raising the voice through elected representative has been adopted in our Constitution. Let us examine this basic principle of democracy at the touchstone of some real issue raised by the M.Ps. in the parliament. And for that, we have to keep in mind that no M.P. is supposed to speak against the will and wish of the High Command of any political party much less raise any issue which is against the wish of Manuwadi Supremos of every political party. Despite that, cutting across the party lines, more than 70% of M.Ps. have raised the issue of keeping a column of Caste/O.B.C. in the census yet to be conducted from 9th of February, 2011 and every political party lost its control over majority of M.Ps. so as to contain them from raising said demand. Ultimately, no political party took the risk of annoying its majority of M.Ps. and 52% population of the country i.e. real O.B.Cs. But the real rulers of the country didn’t like this move of democratically raised issue concerning majority of the population and put the ball in the court of Mr. Pranab Mukherji who declared that O.B.C. census shall be done on biometric principle which means it would take more than 100 years to complete with Unique Identification Number programme. This again flared up the issue and almost every O.B.C. objected to such kind of mischief played by the rulers of the country. Ultimately, Mr. Pranab Mukherji played another mischief and declared that O.B.C. census shall be conducted separately afresh once the census of 2011 is over. With this, mind of every O.B.C. has been agitated again and the issue is burning in whole of India. The crux of the matter is that for the rulers of our country, no ordinary Indian matters, not even majority of M.Ps., what to talk of elected representatives. What matters in India is what real rulers want. Who are these real rulers of India? What is their motive? From where they have come? Ultimately what they want to do in this country? Where exactly they are leading us to?

There are two major political alliances in our country at present: United Progressive Alliance and National Democratic Alliance. One is led by Indian National Congress and the other one by Bhartiya Janata Party. Congress claims itself to be a majority party and having democratic set up. So claims the B.J.P. The National President of I.N.C. is Sonia Gandhi and National General Secretary is her real son Rahul Gandhi. Thank God! Rahul is still unmarried. Otherwise, his children would certainly have occupied all other vital posts of I.N.C. Even Priyanka Gandhi can’t be ruled out as she along with her husband already enjoys all the privileges of protocol of her mother Sonia Gandhi. Similarly, all the top posts in B.J.P. are 100% reserved for Brahmins, may be from different families. And if these are to be given to someone else, these are then reserved for either “Kshatriyas” or “Vaishyas”. And if some S.C., S.T. or O.B.C. is forcibly coming up in the fray, sting operation is the mandatory provision to get him removed with a stigma for rest of his life. Despite being more than 80% in the Parliament of India, the real native Indians i.e. O.B.Cs, S.Cs and S.Ts have their bosses from upper strata with a whip in their hands to crush them every time they make a move.

So, the conduct and behavior of rulers of India proves that they are not native Indians. They are aliens indeed! Not from outside the Earth but probably from Eurasia. According to research results of Michael Bamshad’s “Genetic Evidence on the Origins of Indian Caste Populations”:

“The origins and affinities of the 01 billion people living on the subcontinent of India have long been contested. This is owing, in part, to the many different waves of immigrants that have influenced the genetic structure of India. In the most recent of these waves, Indo-European-speaking people from West Eurasia entered India from the Northwest and diffused throughout the subcontinent. They purportedly admixed with or displaced indigenous Dravidic-speaking populations. Subsequently they may have established the Hindu caste system and placed themselves primarily in castes of higher rank. To explore the impact of West Eurasians on contemporary Indian caste populations, we compared mtDNA (400 bp of hypervariable region 1 and 14 restriction site polymorphisms) and Y-chromosome (20 biallelic polymorphisms and 5 short tandem repeats) variation in ∼265 males from eight castes of different rank to ∼750 Africans, Asians, Europeans, and other Indians. For maternally inherited mtDNA, each caste is most similar to Asians. However, 20%–30% of Indian mtDNA haplotypes belong to West Eurasian haplogroups, and the frequency of these haplotypes is proportional to caste rank, the highest frequency of West Eurasian haplotypes being found in the upper castes. In contrast, for paternally inherited Y-chromosome variation each caste is more similar to Europeans than to Asians. Moreover, the affinity to Europeans is proportionate to caste rank, the upper castes being most similar to Europeans, particularly East Europeans. These findings are consistent with greater West Eurasian male admixture with castes of higher rank. Nevertheless, the mitochondrial genome and the Y chromosome each represents only a single haploid locus and is more susceptible to large stochastic variation, bottlenecks, and selective sweeps. Thus, to increase the power of our analysis, we assayed 40 independent, biparentally inherited autosomal loci (1 LINE-1 and 39 Aluelements) in all of the caste and continental populations (∼600 individuals). Analysis of these data demonstrated that the upper castes have a higher affinity to Europeans than to Asians, and the upper castes are significantly more similar to Europeans than are the lower castes. Collectively, all five datasets show a trend toward upper castes being more similar to Europeans, whereas lower castes are more similar to Asians. We conclude that Indian castes are most likely to be of proto-Asian origin with West Eurasian admixture resulting in rank-related and sex-specific differences in the genetic affinities of castes to Asians and Europeans.”

Dr. Jay Dixit, MD, a Chitpavan Brahmin scientist in the US has also approved the version of Michael Bamshad and also claimed to have located the place of origin of Rulers of India i.e. Eurasia more specifically Egypt and Palestine, probably because he is sure that ultimately they have to go back one day from India like British went back on 15th of August, 1947.
