The American Empire And Its Global Control Objectives

By G. Asgar Mitha

The interesting part about history is that it has provided past insights how nations become empires and then how those empires disintegrate. No empire has ever learnt from the mistakes of past empires and should they've done so, they would've become a truly global empire as the US aspires today. Many books and many volumes have been written about the greatest empire which US has been mimicking for the past century - the Roman Empire. It's history has been analysed by Edward Gibbons in the six volumes of "The Fall of the Roman Empire" (1776 - 1789) and by Cullin Murphy in his book "Are we Rome? The Decline of an Empire (meaning Rome) and the Fate of America". Gibbons attributed the fall of the Roman Empire to barbarian invasions (such as that of Attila) as well as due to the loss of civic virtues (habits of personal living) among it's citizens. Roman administration had become weak outsourcing their duties to defend their Empire. Christianity, too, was a contributor to the fall according to Gibbons. Rome had become an oligarchy - the oligarchs enjoying lives of pomp and waste while the subjects descended into poverty. It was no different than what the US is today.

Someone had recently sent me the attached cartoon which I contemplated in depth in light of the American-Israeli situation in Gaza, civic virtues in the US and in the Muslim world notably the situations in Syria and Iraq due to ISIS (Islamic States of Iraq and Syria) barbarians as well as the involvement of the others depicted in the cartoon. The US is cognizant of it's mistakes and continues to write it's own history of "The Fall of the American Empire" for future generations. Like the Romans, the US is also an oligarchy.

There is nothing Islamic about ISIS but everything un-Islamic and barbaric. No one in their right mind and certainly no Muslim would support these blood thirsty mongrels. There is very little doubt that they are amply funded, armed and trained. We see here the similarities between the Taliban (Mujahideen fighters from all over the Muslim world) who fought the Soviet "infidels" in a "holy war" in Afghanistan and ISIS who're fighting in Syria and Iraq. Saudi Arabia had funded the Taliban, Pakistan had provided the manpower out of the religious schools (madressas) and trained them with the help of Saudi Osama bin Laden while the US/ NATO had provided the arsenal. At least then there was transparency on all sides but there is none now leaving the world guessing about the origins and intentions of ISIS. The finger once again points towards Saudi Arabia (and Qatar) that've provided the funding and the US/ UK that has provided the arsenal. That leaves the question of who trained the ISIS. In the on-going saga, Israel has very suspiciously kept quiet about the ISIS carnage in Syria and Iraq and instead trained their sights on the massacre in Gaza. Another enigma is the ISIS leader Abubakr al- Baghdadi who is certainly of Arab origin.

Israel had experienced its most humiliating defeat at the hands of the Hizbollah in July 2006. A defeat for Israel was a defeat for the US. Hezbollah was trained and armed by Iran and this demonstrated its battlefield success. Since then Iran has been the principal target of the west. Israel has been licking it's wound for the past 8 years from the defeat by Hizbollah. Both Israel and the US have also tried in vain for the past 3 years to bring down the regime of Al-Assad with the objective of cutting off Iran from Syria through the Iraqi-Syrian conduit and installing a puppet government favorable to the west. Now the only alternative is to start a Shia-Sunni war by bringing Iran into the vortex. One of the most logical presentation involving ISIS and the Shia-Sunni conflict has been provided by David Icke who has produced a short 19 minutes video titled "ISIS - The Start of WWIII?" http://www.siasat.pk/forum/showthread.php?266299-ISIS-The-Start-of-World-War-III. Icke states that world wars change worlds and if one has a agenda the idea of WW3 is to establish a global state with a world government and a world army.

Some time back I'd published an article "One World if you Will" in which David Rockefeller had written in his memoirs "The Proud Internationalists" that 'he has been charged with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - one world, if you will. If that's the charge, he stands not only guilty but proud of it.' The article was published on the website Countercurrents on 23 August 2008. For the interested reader the weblink is http://www.countercurrents.org/mitha230808.htm. The article provides an insight into how the neo-Conservatives have already built a network of an integrated political and economic structure over the past 100 years.

Israel has been successful in controlling the US economy and foreign policy since 1972 (guided by Greenspan and Kissinger), financial institutions and media and, by fostering a culture favorable to the Zionists in the US for the establishment of a world government. It has, through that culture, ensured that it remains protected in the Middle East as it continues it's carnage in Gaza, land grabbing and displacement of Palestinians while the world watches in horror. So one would wonder if there is any difference between ISIS and Israel except that each has terrorist motives. They complement each other.

America was a nation but it has been the progressive and systematic infiltration of neo-conservatives in the administration over the past half century that have pushed it towards becoming an empire as the Zionists seek to insulate Israel from a 2000 years' history of being homeless. Rather than taking an approach of reconciliation with Muslim countries under US patronage and protection, Israel has chosen the path of intimidation.

The American Empire is threatened with it's end by the actions of barbarian invasions of ISIS and Israel and the fundings from the Arab monarchies who're so weak they need western protection and who serve western interests in return.

As I've written in the opening paragraph: no empire has ever learnt from the mistakes of past empires and should they've done so, they would've become a truly global empire as the US aspires today. They've all failed in the past so what are the chances that Israel and it's allies will form a global empire? Really none. Christianity was one of the reasons for the fall of the Roman Empire. ISIS under the enigmatic al-Baghdadi is like al-Qaeda under bin Laden- another bogey meant to serve the west but this time it'll not work out. ISIS is evil. There has always come something good (for now lurking in the shadows) to defeat what is evil and wrong.
