Salman Khurshid's ‘Sons of Babur' To Be Staged

05 October, 2010

Dear Friends,

It gives me immense pleasure to invite you for the performance of ‘Sons of Babur', the landmark play penned by Mr Salman Khurshid, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for the Corporate Affairs and the Minority Affairs, which is being staged on December 1 and 2, 2010.

The play will be performed by Pierrot's Troupe under the direction of the renowned Dr M. Sayeed Alam, who is also an eminent actor in his own right. The legendary Tom Alter will play the lead role in both the Hindustani and English versions of the play besides directing the English version.

Entry passes for the event will be mailed by us to all those friends who revert to us with their names, addresses and telephone numbers. The names and addresses should be identical to those in their photo identity cards, which they would be required to bring to the venue of the performance along with the invitation cards which will bear a specific serial number. We apologise for this inconvenience, but it is dictated by the need for security at the venue.

In case you decide to opt out for some reason after receiving the invitation, please inform us immediately about it so that we can accommodate other friends.

I am providing my contact details below and would love to hear from you, preferably via e-mail: farouqui@yahoo.com

Looking forward eagerly to your presence at the performance.

With regards and best wishes
