Who Is Actually Guilty of More Than 60 Years of Palestinian Genocide?

Following the World War Two Jewish Holocaust (6 million Jews murdered) and the general Holocaust death toll of more than 30 million, well-intentioned vows of “zero tolerance for racism” and “never again to anyone” were made and quickly forgotten. The first victims of this postwar universal forgetfulness were the Palestinians whose homeland, heritage, history, and human rights as a people was — without their consent — given as compensation to displaced Jews in Europe by Western nations who did not want them.
The result of this Western generosity at the expense of the Palestinian people has seen the displacement of some 7 million Palestinians who are virtual prisoners in either scattered refugee camps (Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and Egypt) or in what are in effect still Israeli occupied territories (open prisons) such as the Gaza Strip and the West Bank where they are subject to a racist genocidal horror at the hands of a people whose Talmud — containing the teachings and opinions of thousands of rabbis on a variety of subjects including Jewish ethics — categorically states that the supreme sanctity of all human life is pertinent to man's place in the universe: “He who saves one life . . . is as if he saves an entire universe. He who destroys a life . . . is as if he destroys an entire universe.” (Mishnah, Sanhedrin 4:5). All law, civil and religious, has as its purpose the promotion of human life, and when it ceases to serve that end it becomes obsolete and is superseded.
Despite that particular Judaic commitment to the sanctity of human life and numerous other equally noble Judaic sentiments, the international community has yet again been an inactive witness to the mind-boggling sadistic savagery of a “God Chosen People” deranged by extreme racist hate and motivated by an uncontrollable genocidal lust. Last month Israeli lawmaker Ayelet Shaked declared that “the entire Palestinian people is the enemy” and called for its destruction “including its elderly and its women, its cities and its villages, its property and its infrastructure.” Not to be outdone, Moshe Feiglin the deputy speaker of the Knesset — and member of Prime Minister “Mad” Benjamin Netanyahu’s ruling Likud Party — has this month called for the total destruction of the Palestinian people in Gaza with a detailed plan including the use of concentration camps and “conquest of the entire Gaza Strip, and annihilation of all fighting forces and their supporters . . . This is our country — our country exclusively, including Gaza.”
Such unmistakable incitements to genocide are punishable crimes under the Genocide Convention — deposited and ratified by Israel in 1950 and available in Hebrew — of which Article III states that the following acts shall be punishable: (a) Genocide; (b) Conspiracy to commit genocide; (c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide; (d) Attempt to commit genocide; (e) Complicity in genocide. So apart from the international community’s irresponsible and cowardly failure to enforce the Genocide Convention against Israel (tantamount to complicity), there is also the obvious contradiction between noble Judaic principles and values and Apartheid Israel’s Zionist penchant for committing crimes against humanity which suggests that all is not well within the Judaeo-Zionist relationship. While not all Jews are happy with Israel’s abominable behaviour, it would nonetheless appear that the majority are not only in agreement with such criminal conduct — either though their silence or active support — but are also fully aware of their own complicity which they don like a Star of David badge of honour.
Such an apparent lack of Judaic conscience over the barbaric Israeli crimes being repeatedly committed against the Palestinian people serves as a powerful indication that an ancient Talmudic assertion has finally come to pass with Judaism slowly becoming obsolete while being superseded by a violent, Palestinian land-grabbing Zionist ideology. Jews have to be brutally honest with themselves by admitting that they cannot claim to be observing the Social Ethics in the Talmud while simultaneously tolerating the Zionist atrocities being committed in their name. They simply cannot have it both ways. They have to realise values of Judaism are not compatible with Zionism.
Apart from the above called-for admission, Jewish people must also recognise that they, more than anyone else, have the means for resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in a matter of days. They have the resourcefulness, they have the worldwide financial resources, and they have the onerous responsibility to Judaism which includes respect for the rest of humanity. Jews everywhere — and especially those in America — have to make it categorically clear to Israel’s savage and deranged Zionists that all Jewish support — financial and otherwise — will cease unless Israel immediately stops disregarding international law; stops its non-compliance with the Declaration of Human Rights; stops rebuffing all UN Resolutions starting with the November 1947 Resolution 181 calling for the creation of independent Arab and Israeli states, and ending with the March 2012 Resolution 66/225 relating to Permanent sovereignty of the Palestinian people in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and of the Arab population in the occupied Syrian Golan over their natural resources; and stops refusing to withdraw to within the essential borders of 1967.

In 1967 Israel not only launched yet another unprovoked attack against its Arab neighbours, but it also with its usual duplicitous nature cold-bloodedly attacked its benefactor (the U.S.) in a false flag operation that came to be known as the USS Liberty incident which illustrated that there is nothing that Zionist Israel will not resort to against its friends as well as its enemies in order to serve its own selfish purposes. Can Jews and Judaism honestly justify either their support for, or toleration of such a barbarous, war criminal state? While Israel may be able (with iniquitous support from the world’s foremost war criminal nation the U.S.) to contemptuously ignore condemnation by the rest of the world, it would not be able to ignore the the universal condemnation of the Jewish people it claims to represent.
