Modi's Internal Threat

Analysis by CPI(MR) News Service

22 February, 2015
Countercurrents.org

When Narendra Modi accused 'foreign-funded NGOs' of destabilising his government it turns out he was referring to the RSS, the largest foreign-funded NGO in this country! Truth is - according to highly displaced sources - Modi's biggest enemies are from within the Sangh Parivar itself. Mostly the upper caste fellows in his cabinet who Modi made a veiled reference to as being 'unhappy about a chaiwallah's son becoming Prime Minister'.

Take Rajnath Singh for example, a Thakur and RSS favourite who has never really accepted the 'chaiwallah' as his boss, but had no choice in the matter till now, due to the huge corporate funds Modi managed to get behind him before the last election. According to the sources, the RSS is enraged with Modi, who during his visit to meet Nawaz Sharif's mom ate all her handmade ghee ka laddus, but did not share it with any of them (according to the Vedas everything made of ghee has to be offered to Brahmins first).

Soon after this, taking the cue from Nagpur, Rajnath- as Home Minister - marshalled the forces of the mighty Indian state against a tiny group of students shouting radical slogans and whipped up a bogus frenzy about 'anti-nationals', 'nation's integrity', etc.etc.

All this while he happily failed to defend an entire Indian Air Force base from infiltrating terrorists in Pathankot or anticipate the shutting and burning down of entire Haryana by agitating Jats!

As a loyal RSS cadre, Rajnath's priority of course was not national security or peaceful resolution of conflicts in the country. He was more interested in revenge for the ghee ka laddoo insult, through wilful sabotage of Modi's plans to project India globally as a great place to invest. A development which increases Modi's opportunities for selfies with world leaders and leaderesses. Sources claimed some pissed off RSS cadre may have even set fire to the stage in Mumbai used to launch the PM's 'Make in India' program last week. According to them, once you have experienced the thrill of setting fire to the Reichstag, it becomes an addictive habit for life.

But why would the RSS do this to 'one of their own', a poster boy figure who has helped them storm into power? This is simply because there are enough number of them who now think Modi is not in their control anymore and has grown too big for the half-pants they started him off with years ago. Now they want their knickers back for suitable modification- to make it a bit tighter perhaps, following the old Henry Kissinger dictum "'if you get them by the balls, heart and mind shall follow".

And by Bajrang Bali, are they are determined to get their khaki shorts back! Even if this means setting them and the very seat of power on fire (the same old habit). As the Panchatantra warned ages ago, 'Ghar ka bhedi lanka dhaye...'
