Obama Tortures, Too

Yes, Obama is required to stop his desperate attempts to protect suspected war criminals of all kinds, including torturers and, worse, aggressors . While constantly executing some suspects, Obama chooses to protect (and also hire ) other suspects – the ones who are suspected, often with far better reason , of incomparably worse crimes .
However, something major seems, unsurprisingly, to be slipping under the radar: Obama himself is also a suspect of torture and other war crimes.
Obama partisans want all the attention on Bush Jr., but to deter future war crimes, all war criminals must be tried and, if convicted, brought to justice*.
The Guardian (Jan, 2014) reports that the Obama regime has simply replaced Bush's torture techniques with ones “that emphasize psychological torture.”
In other words, torture:
Geneva Convention III
Article 17: no physical or mental torture , nor any other form of coercion, may be inflicted on prisoners of war to secure from them information of any kind whatever
Article 49: prisoners of war must at all times be treated humanely
The Rome Statutes of the ICC “define torture and other abuses of prisoners as a war crime”

Torture is also recognized as a technique of terror .
If we actually want to prevent torture and other war crimes, Obama can't be let off the hook.
*This author does not call for emulating the US government and executing Bush Jr. and/or Obama without trial, or executing them at all. The vast majority of states do not engage in state execution, and it is shunned by the major human rights organizations such as Amnesty International and HRW, while – and largely because – it is defended by suspected war criminals/anti-human rights activists like Barack Obama. The US should make it a long-term goal to raise itself at least to the level of Russia and cease engaging in capital punishment.
